During the holy month of Ramadan, the 4-hour package service will be provided during the specified arrival periods, starting according to the booking period. - Morning period: between 10:00 and 12:00 PM - Evening period: between 08:00 and 10:00 PM The visit duration will be counted from the time the worker enters the client’s home and ensures the presence of a female member. The client has no right to extend or shorten the visit duration.

Is there a deduction from the refunded amount (penalty) if the contract is terminated by either party?

In case you wish to cancel the contract before its expiration or cancel the contract before the service is provided, the value of the effective visits will be calculated in addition to the cancellation fee of 200 Saudi Riyals. The remaining amount after deduction will be refunded to the same bank card used for payment within 14 working days.
